Reservations - How to book a
trip
1. Call our office at
1-800-LOCHSA3 (1-800-562-4723) or 888-926-4430 (free) to check on
available dates. Use your credit card to pay a deposit, or send us a check.
This nonrefundable deposit will reserve your spot on a trip.
2. When your deposit is received, we will send you a
reservation confirmation packet that includes detailed logistics, a packing
list, a consent form/questionnaire, and an invoice.
3. Pay your final trip balance on the due
date:
Arrival at 3 Rivers for Lochsa
30 days prior for the
Salmon
90 days prior for the Selway.
Trips booking within
the due date period require full payment to confirm.
Deposits: $50 per person per day Lochsa, $300 per
person for Salmon, $500 per person for Selway.
Deposits are nonrefundable. If you have to cancel a trip, please
notify us immediately. Written notice of cancellation before the balance due
constitutes a full refund, minus your deposit. If cancellation is after the due
date, we will refund your balance if we can fill your spot on the trip. If we
can not fill your spot, there will be no refund. This is because when you sign
up for the trip, we lose our opportunity to sell that space. Ask our office
about purchasing low cost trip insurance that can help recover losses. If
WE cancel a trip because of extreme water conditions or other
reasons, you will receive a complete refund of money you've paid to
us.

Responsibility:
Each guest has the responsibility to understand logistics and
activities involved in each river trip, and be in sufficient health. Please
inform us of any medical problems or dietary needs. We reserve the right to
cancel, postpone, or alter a river trip based on water conditions. This
includes, but is not limited to, moving a trip to a different section of the
river for reasons of safety or low water. We raft rain or shine, so follow your
packing list closely.
We
are Licensed and Bonded.
Liability and Safety:
Three Rivers Rafting makes
every effort to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable trip. Each trip
member must understand that whitewater rafting is a physically demanding sport
involving inherent dangers and risks. You will be required to sign a liability
release waiver/acknowledgment of risk prior to departure. Anyone under the age
of 18 must have a release form signed by a parent or legal guardian. You will
receive a full safety talk at the put-in. We reserve the right to refuse
service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs without
refund.
