3. Pay your final trip balance 60 days prior to your trips departure date.
Trips booking within the due date period require full payment to confirm.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Ask about group discounts. Deposits are nonrefundable. If you have to cancel a trip, please notify us immediately. Written notice of cancellation before the balance due constitutes a refund, minus your deposit. If cancellation is after the due date, we will refund your balance if we can fill your spot on the trip. If we can not fill your spot, there will be no refund. This is because when you sign up for the trip, we lose our opportunity to sell that space. Ask our office about purchasing low cost trip insurance that can help recover losses. If WE cancel a trip because of extreme water conditions or other reasons, you will receive a complete refund of money you've paid to us.
Each guest has the responsibility to understand logistics and activities involved in each river trip, and be in sufficient health. Please inform us of any medical problems or dietary needs. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or alter a river trip based on water conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, moving a trip to a different section of the river for reasons of safety or low water. We raft rain or shine, so follow your packing list closely.
Liability and Safety:
Three Rivers Rafting makes every effort to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable trip. Each trip member must understand that whitewater rafting is a physically demanding sport involving inherent dangers and risks. You will be required to sign a liability release waiver/acknowledgment of risk prior to departure. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a release form signed by a parent or legal guardian. You will receive a full safety talk at the put-in. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs without refund.
We are Licensed and Bonded.
Reservations are “confirmed” upon receipt of a deposit on a first come first serve basis. We cannot guarantee space on any trip without a deposit. Tentative reservations are not guaranteed. We accept deposits with VISA, Discover, and Mastercard by phone, or by check, money order, etc. Deposits are nonrefundable. We have limited seats each season and your deposit is how your seat remains reserved. The total trip cost for each guest on the trip must be paid in full for all in attendance. If someone from your group cannot make the trip, we will hold their deposit for a future trip (up to one year out). We DO NOT apply deposits paid for guests that are not in attendance to your remaining balance. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this with us should you have any questions about this policy. We do our best to be as flexible as possible to meet everyone’s needs.
The balance is due 60 days prior to the launch date of your trip. If final payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to regard the reservation cancelled.
Multi-Day Trip Cancellations:
Should you have to cancel your trip plans, deposits and final payments are non-refundable, unless we can replace your reservations. If we replace your cancelled space(s) with other guests, a $200/person cancellation fee is charged. Alternate guests you provide are welcome with no cancellation fee.
Please understand that we cannot insure your investment in river trip reservations. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation and interruption insurance. Once you book a trip with us, we lose the right to sell your reserved space to other individuals or groups. Our number of trips and spaces per trip are limited by river management plans. Therefore, we regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies.
Cancellation and interruption insurance can include full refund should you cancel due to health, medical, and other reasons. If you cannot afford to forfeit your reservation dollars, you should purchase trip cancellation insurance.
